There are 234 students in the Boarding this year
i.e. acadamamic year 2003-2004.
In the Gujrati Medium the students are 168 and English medium students are 66.

(2) We have now the lastest data about the Income & Expenditure of the Boarding for the financial year 01.04.2002 to 31.03.2003. The monthly expenditure is Rs._______ and monthly income is Rs._________.

There is confusion in what you
understand about the building completion work.In fact the 1st Phase
of the construction of about 65,000 sq.ft. is completed and it is being
utilized. The total project is of
1,20,000 sq.ft. The 2nd Phase of remaining
55,000 sq.ft. is
to cpmmenced now. The 2nd Phase of 55,000 sq.ft. will be over
and thereafter we can say the building project is completed. Out of 55,000 sq.ft.
about 30,000 sq.ft. area will be required for the English medium High School
which has been already started. The Pre-primary &
Primary Std. 1st & 2nd are already workingthis year. Totally
410 students are in the English medium( Shishuvan) School. In future 8
newe Std. from 1 to 10 Std. will be added and we will be requiring minimum 20
class rooms which will be utilized from the 2nd Phase of the construction and
some area might be utilized for the vocational training classes and Computer
Acadamy classes. The remaining project of 55,000 sq.ft. will be requiring about
4 crores of Rs. ( $
0.83 M. ). Thereafter about
another 4 Crores are needed for the corpus of the Boarding. The interest income
from this corpus amount will be useful to partly finance the yearly expenditure.
The yearly expenditure after the project is over will be about Rs. 60 lakhs per
year minimum.
