     We had sent the e-mail in little hurry. Today we are giving some additional details.

     The monthly expenditure of the boarding is Rs.3,58,400/- and the  monthly income is  Rs.2,22,825/-..

     The expenditure of the Matunga Boarding mainly divided in three heads.

 (1) Living expenditure i.e. food,milk          Rs.1,62,486.00

      and all the things                             

 (2)  Special coaching classes                      Rs.    97,604.00

 (3)  Administrative expenditure i.e.            Rs.   98,310.00

       salaries of the staff,superintends

       etc.                                                     -----------------------

     Yesterday I have given the details of 2nd Phase of the Building to be constructed.

     The total area of our plot is about 60.305.06 sq.ft.5604.56 (sq.meters)  As  per  the  Municipal   Corporation  Regulation of the new construction,  is Floor Space  Index (FSI) is 1.33  in the Matunga area.  Since we are in  educational institution we can have FSI  2.66 as per the Municipal & State  Government norms. We had paid about Rs.8 lakhs for the additional FSI to  the State Govt. as a premium & we are allowed to construct 1,20,000 sq.ft.  area. Our trust board  had  initially  decided  to construct  the maximum  area  allowed  by  the Govt. norms. It  might  happened  that  the Govt. may  reduced  the  FSI allowed  in future  & such if we do not utilized the maximum FSI in future we may not get the chance to built the 1,20,000 sq.ft. area. In Bombay  City the FSI norms are very much in demand.

Builders purchase  the  FSI  under  the  Development  Control  Rules  of the Bombay Municipal Corporation.In short our Boarding had decided to construct  1,20,000 sq.ft. area which was allowed as per the FSI 2.66 norms.

     As at today 65,000 sq.ft.(Phase-I) is completed and Phase-II of  55,000 sq.ft. is to be constructed. We require the fund for the 2nd Phase about Rsd.4 Crores and 4 Crores for the corpus fund of the Institution. We are collecting from the ex-students continuesly since last four years. It is being coined as “ Adhya Vidhyarthi Roon Sweekar Abhiyan”.
